Morgan Stanley buys office building in Eindhoven (NL)

For one of its property funds Morgan Stanley Real estate Investment has purchased the new office building of Getronics PinkRoccade in Eindhoven, the Netherlands. Earlier this year Morgan Stanley also acquired the newly developed offices in Zoetermeer for the same ICT company. The acquisition involved approximately €36.4 million.
The office building, let entirely and recently delivered to Getronics PinkRoccade, is located in Eindhoven's Flight Forum district. Flight Forum is a high-quality business park in the vicinity of Eindhoven Airport. In total, approximately 100,000 m˛ of offices and some 175,000 m˛ of business accommodation will be realized in the Flight Forum area over the years ahead.

The new Getronics PinkRoccade office building covers a floor surface of 11,500 m² plus 216 parking spaces. The building developer is LSI project investment.
