New shopping center Sombrero opens in Moscow (RU)

Sombrero, a local shopping center in the south of Moscow in the busy district of Chertanovo, a densely populated district of Moscow, opened at the end of June.
The three-level shopping center with a total area of 17,300 m² and a GLA of 6,200 m² is home to O'Key Express supermarket, Ile de Beaute, O'Stin, Gloria Jeans, Incanto, Henderson and children's goods store Deti among others. The project developer is Reksant. Cushman & Wakefield was the exclusive leasing agent.

Irina Rachevskaya, Senior Consultant, Retail Services at Cushman & Wakefield comments: "Local shopping centers, especially situated near underground stations, such as Sombrero, are traditionally extremely popular with local inhabitants.
