Castello SGR, advised by international real estate advisor Savills, has let three floors of grade-A office space in Building C of Milan’s Metrocomplex on Piazza Udine to Ipsos Srl.
The global research company has taken approximately 3,500 m² of space along with 20 accompanying parking spaces and is due to move into the new premises in July 2012.
