Another significant lease agreement in Tri-City (PL)

|Acting on behalf of EURO STYL, Jones Lang LaSalle is pleased to announce that OPERA Office in Gdansk will be the headquarters of Lufthansa Systems: the company has signed a lease agreement for more than 3,500 m˛ located on the second and third floors.|

The commercialization of OPERA Office has proved to be a success story. We expect that a total of about 90% of the space will be secured by pre-lease agreements by August 2012, i.e. by the time the building obtains its occupancy permit.
“As well as Lufthansa Systems Poland, the office project will be occupied by KPMG, Lloyd’s Register, Raiffeisen Bank Polska and BSJP, a law firm. The next few weeks will see the closing of ongoing negotiations with another prestigious company which is about to join the building’s tenants.”
OPERA Office, an A-class office building located in Gdansk will offer approximately 7,500 m˛ of office accommodation. The building consists of two wings: four-story part A (with an average floorplate of approximately 700 m˛) and three-story part B (with an average floorplate of approximately 1,000 m˛). The building has a distinctive patio covered by old trees that harmonizes with the nearby Steffens park.
OPERA Office will be equipped with state-of-the-art technical solutions available for A-class office buildings including, inter alia, air conditioning with humidification, dual power supply, HVAC, raised floors, suspended ceilings, electrical and IT cabling, as well as floor-boxes. Such solution provides for maximum efficiency and flexibility of office accommodation allowing the creation of open plan as well as cellular offices.
