The second phase of the SEC Yekaterininsky is located on the place of the existing shopping center (the first phase will be reconstructed) in the Chkalovsky district of Yekaterinburg (the third most populated city in Russia), 500 m from the Yekaterininsky ring road, which provides comfortable transport access from every district of the city. The catchment area of the SEC is more than 550,000 people.
Chsherbakova street – where SEC Yekaterininsky is located – is one of the main highways, connecting Chkalovsky and other districts of the city, and characterized by the traffic intensity. The public transport stops and metro station Botanicheskaya are located in immediate proximity to the SEC.
