The project is located approx. 3 km southeast from the center of Prague.
The project is located in Prague 10 at the intersection of Kodanská and Kavkazská streets, approx. 3 km southeast from the commercial and historical center of Prague. The project was constructed in the 1970s, however was externally and internally refurbished between 2002 and 2007. It offers around 26,000 m˛ of net rentable area and is occupied by tenants such as Zdravotní pojisťovna Ministerstva vnitra CR, Gopas, Elanor, Nikon and many others.
