Knight Frank has advised on the sale of a warehouse of 15,600 m˛ warehouse on the industrial site ‘Renaissance Villette’ in Marcinelle, owned by the German industrial group Rheinbraun.
The property was sold to Famsalt, European leader in the distribution of road salt.
