Niam disposes of office property to the Reitan group (NO)

Niam has signed a binding agreement to dispose of the office property Pirsenteret to E.C. Dahls Eiendom AS, a subsidiary to Reitan Eiendom AS.
Pirsenteret is located in central Trondheim, Norway and comprises approximately 63,500 m². Closing is scheduled to take place during the first quarter 2012.
