Castellum makes net investments of SEK 268 mln. (SE)

Castellum has, through the wholly-owned subsidiary Eklandia Fastighets AB, in one transaction both acquired a property in the area Lindholmen, Norra Älvstranden in Gothenburg for SEK 183 million (approx. €20 million) and sold land in Kallebäck, Gothenburg, for SEK 21 million.
The acquired property, which is located near Eklandia's existing properties and the recently acquired land in the area, consists of 10,800 m² of which 8,800 m² is office premises and the rest are warehouse premises as well as premises for product development. The property is fully let. The transaction was carried out at the end of March and the change of possession will take place in the middle of April.

In Tornby shopping center, Linköping, Fastighets AB Corallen has started new construction of 10,000 m² of office, retail and warehouse premises. The investment is calculated to SEK 106 million and to be progressively completed during 2012. Contracts have been signed on approx. 20% of the property.
