New senior appointments for Composition Capital Partners (NL/HK)

Composition Capital Partners has expanded its team in Amsterdam and Hong Kong with three senior appointments: Ms. Morag Beers, Mr. Maarten Vermeulen, and Mr. Lionel Low who have been recruited to support the company’s growth strategy.
All three new appointees bring a wealth of direct real experience, strengthening Composition’s international teams in Europe and Asia and increasing its capacity to work closely with its local operating partners.
As a Director based in Amsterdam, Ms. Beers, a British citizen, will be responsible for Business Development & Investor Relations, bringing 20 years of broad real state experience to the platform. She takes up her role on August 1st 2010.
Maarten Vermeulen, a Dutch national, has been appointed as Director Europe. In this role Mr. Vermeulen is responsible for the management of Composition’s Europe team and its investments in Europe, including strategic planning and investment allocations, deal sourcing, deal structuring and monitoring of investments.
Lionel Low, a Singaporean national, is appointed to the role of Vice President of Composition’s Hong Kong office, responsible for sourcing and due diligence of potential new investments and monitoring of current investments.
