At the end of 2009, the purchase option for the utility was signed with MGPA Europe Fund III advised by MGPA- an independent private equity managing investment funds and a real estate consultancy.

Mayland is a leader on the market of real estate development and management in Poland. It gained its leading position in 2008 opening three shopping centers of third generation. One of them, Pogoria Retail Park of 36,000 m² GLA, with the catchment area of 1 million inhabitants, is situated in the centre of Dabrowa Gornicza. In 2009, as many as 4.8 million shoppers visited the center.
