Rakeen Development and Colliers to collaborate on Uptown Tbilisi Centre (GE)

Rakeen Development Georgia announced the beginning of collaboration with Colliers International for simultaneous retail leasing transactions services from its European, Middle East and CIS Region offices.
As part of both the Colliers International global strategy plan and the Rakeen Development emerging market portfolio, the parties have now signed a retail lease transaction agreement for the leasing of the Uptown Tbilisi Center in Georgia.
Colliers International will provide one direct point of contact for Rakeen on generating retail leads interests, by co-ordinating interaction between eight offices.
Rakeen made the agreement as Colliers International is a property consultancy with a truly global presence, with retail leasing expertise in Georgia and who are able to establish stable retail operations and maximize growth opportunities.
