Nieuwe Steen Investments acquires shopping center Sterpassage for €38.7 million (NL)

Nieuwe Steen Investments N.V. (NSI) purchased the Sterpassage, a part of the “In de Bogaard” shopping center in Rijswijk, from Unilever’s pension fund Progress.
In de Bogaard is one of the largest shopping centers in the Netherlands. The center has a retail floor area of 90,000 m˛ and over 180 shops. The purchase price amounted to €38.7 million and the transfer of ownership took place on 30 June.
