Colony Capital and Orion Capital acquire significant debt position in Inmobiliaria Colonial (FR/ES)

Colony Capital and Orion Capital Managers (“Orion”) are pleased to announce that funds managed by them have acquired Goldman Sachs’ portion of the approximately €4.2 billion syndicated loan in Inmobiliaria Colonial, S.A.
