Beni Stabili acquires 10% of Beni Stabili Gestioni (IT)

Beni Stabili announces that it has agreed to acquire 10% of Beni Stabili Gestioni SpA - SGR from Lehman Brothers International Europe (in Administration).
Beni Stabili has carried out the transaction via its subsidiary, Beni Stabili Property Management SpA, which already owns 65% of the fund management company.
Beni Stabili SpA has thus raised its stake in Beni Stabili Gestioni SpA - SGR to 75%.
