CBRE to manage Alfa Centrum in Olsztyn (PL)

CBRE has been appointed as the property manager of Alfa Centrum shopping center in Olsztyn. Alfa Centrum is owned by British fund Rockspring Property Investment Managers.
Alfa Centrum is the largest shopping center in Olsztyn and the entire Warmia and Mazury region. The Property is located in the city center of Olsztyn at 16 Pilsudskiego Avenue and has approximately 46,000 m² of retail space and 1,020 m² of office space. Alfa Centrum is a five story building, including two levels of parking space for 700 cars and one level dedicated to the multiplex cinema operated by Helios.

The main tenants are H&M, New Yorker, Rossmann, Douglas, Empik, Nike, Adidas, Puma, Pierre Cardin, House, Ecco, CCC, Solar, Reserved, Big Star, Apart, Home&You and many more.

CBRE will be managing both the retail and office space of Alfa Centrum.
